Cancellations, Refunds Policies:
Please leave a message to (chengkunyi2025@163.com) or Facebook if you have any dissatisfaction with our items, we will reply you within 14 hours, due to the different time zones we may not be able to reply you in time, sorry about that.
NOTE: If you initiate a dispute directly at PayPal without send the email, we will no longer offer you a free resend of your item and will negotiate a partial refund or return for a refund depending on your situation.
Cancel order policy:
If you regret your purchase immediately after, please notify us within 5 hours on Facebook or by email (chengkunyi2025@163.com) and we will give you a full refund if we have not yet shipped your order.
